Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

Return Eligibility

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return it.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with any applicable tags attached.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including customised or personalised products and sealed hygiene products that have been opened or unsealed.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
